I am helping dad to lose weight.
Firstly, the sauna-like application when he is in the bed: I simply lay across as much of his legs as possible, holding the covers tightly around his body, so that he sweats on the order of pounds-per-minute. Secondly, sleep deprivation (see above). Thirdly, when all else fails, removing divots of flesh with claws... He doesn't seem to appreciate all I do for him. |
